Quality Inspection

First-off verifications, final dimensional inspection

Low pressure leak testing & dye penetration testing as required

Quality Inspection Overview

Small diameter tube and pipe quality inspection poses a particular set of challenges. Our seasoned team of highly qualified inspectors have been exposed to many practices and procedures over the years.  This allows us to reliably supply the industry with sustainable quality inspection for each and every order.

Every part manufactured in our facility is treated the same under our quality system.

Quality Process steps that are applied to each customer part:

  • First-off verifications for all processes

  • Final dimensional Inspection

  • Low pressure leak testing

  • Dye penetration testing for welds as an alternative to air testing as required
