Brass
Brass is a material commonly used in many flared copper and J525 assemblies in oil and gas, locomotive and hydraulic applications. The advantage of using brass is that it has high corrosion resistance, and many coupling components are supplied and available in a wide range of sizes.

Examples of J525 Hydraulic Tube assembled. There were double flared tube assemblies. Our capabilities go from 1/4″ to 5’8″ single and double flare.

The Kubes pipe cutting station features a Hydmech S-20A Auto Saw. Our in-house capabilities allow for 13″ diameter maximum with multi-angular cuts.
